In an increasingly competitive esports market, Red Bull Campus Clutch occupies a rare and highly engaged niche: a global VALORANT esports tournament built exclusively for university and college students. From day one, the ambition was worldwide scale. That meant Boombox had to deploy our full esports event production and live broadcast capabilities, moving from project commission to first live broadcast in under six months. Fast timelines. Building a Global Esports Broadcast From Day One

With big ambitions and no prior editions to reference, we partnered with Red Bull from day one to help shape the creative foundation for the property.

Priority one was designing a scalable broadcast graphics package that could be deployed consistently across 400 worldwide esports tournaments, while still feeling premium on the biggest moments.

In parallel, we worked closely with Red Bull on esports event production across the full spectrum. Promotional content. Stage and show design. And ultimately, full live broadcast production for the Grand Finals in Madrid, delivering a polished, high-energy experience to a global gaming audience.

Boombox was tasked with designing a frictionless caster and commentator workflow, ensuring every on-air personality could focus on performance, not logistics. Each caster was supported by a dedicated talent concierge, guiding them from initial outreach and contracting through travel coordination, transfers, and pre-broadcast briefings.

The result was a seamless esports talent management system that matched the production quality of the broadcast itself.
